CHARTER REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA

Preamble:

This charter regarding the protection of personal data aims to define the rules and commitments made by DELEKY'S Sarl (hereinafter referred to as "DELEKY'S") in compliance with Law No. 2013-450 of June 19, 2013, regarding data protection, as well as the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Definition of Personal Data:

According to Law No. 2013-450 of June 19, 2013, personal data is any information that allows the identification of a natural person, directly or indirectly. Examples of direct identification include a name, a first name, a photo of a face, a video showing a person, or an audio recording of a person's voice. An example of indirect identification is a social security number, an employee number, or a telephone number.

2. Purpose of this Charter:

This charter aims to inform users about how their personal data is collected, processed, and protected by DELEKY'S. By using DELEKY'S services, the user accepts the provisions of this charter.

3. Identity of the Data Controller:

DELEKY'S, with its registered office located at Angre Djorobité Quartier GESTOCI, acts as the data controller for the personal data collected in the course of its activities.

This charter comes into effect on the date of its adoption by DELEKY'S.
